Reading Blue Coat School has been working with HydroKidz since August 2015. We spoke to Rob Cook, Sports Facilities Manager, to find out what makes our partnership tick.
“I’ve been Sports Facilities Manager at Reading Blue Coat School for the past six months, and I’ve been very impressed with how HydroKidz has worked with our school.
I can see how professionally they work, particularly in terms of how many staff they have at the HydroKidz’ swimming sessions. I’ve seen other providers operate with a bare minimum of supervising staff, but the thing that struck me about HydroKidz is they have really good ratios between instructors and swimmers, and from a teaching point of view and from a health and safety point of view that puts my mind at ease. Our relationship with HydroKidz is also great because they solid booking for the use of our pool so I don’t have the worry around how our pool is being used, looked after and maintained. They are always proactive and keep in regular contact with me, and my team, about the day-to-day running of the pool. They really are part of the team!”
